Brenda

Brenda is a licensed Holistic Health Practitioner, Massage Therapist, and Reiki Master. She attended Healing Hands School of Holistic Health and has been called a gifted-intuitive or energy worker. She received her first Reiki attunement in 1993, and gives all the credit for being on this path of helping others to heal themselves to the divine Creator.

Reiki, a Japanese word when translated, means “Universal Life Force”. It is a healing energy applied through the laying on of hands, or alternately through intent and focus. It is believed to be a practice over 2,000 years old whose history comes from India, to Tibet, to Japan then the Western World.

Brenda's sessions with clients are uniquely individualized. No two massages are ever the same because her client’s bodies and lives are never the same. Brenda also believes that energy, which may stagnate in certain areas of the body, can cause Dis-ease showing physical symptoms. The issues she seeks to help her clients heal may be emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual in nature.

During the week, Brenda finds time to volunteer with The Elizabeth Hospice of Escondido.
