RESERVATIONS
We recommend that all appointments be made in advance. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability. All spa appointments are subject to availability and require a credit card to hold your appointment. When booking, please advise the concierge of any health conditions, allergies or injuries you have experienced that could affect your service. This is important as we want you to have the very best experience possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please honor our staff by notifying us with a minimum of 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. A cancellation within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the total services booked. A "NO SHOW" will incur 100% of the total services and be automatically charged to your credit card.

CHECKING-IN
We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your initial scheduled appointment, especially for massage, facial or body treatments. This will allow you time to slip into  a robe, fill out your massage/facial questionnaire and relax in the quiet room before your services.  Arriving late for your appointment will limit the time available for your treatment thereby reducing its benefit and your enjoyment.  Unfortunatly, late  arrivals cannot be guaranteed an extention of scheduled treatment out of courtesy  for the next scheduled clients, so please be on time.

CREDIT CARDS
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

GRATUITIES
Tips are not included in any treatment prices.  We feel the decision to extend a gratuity should be a result of the client's experience, and is left to the discretion of our clients.

PARKING
We provide free parking with no time restrictions.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
As the spa offers each guest a tranquil setting, we appreciate you turning off your cell phone and speaking quietly while inside our spa facility.

PLEASE NOTE: No children are permitted in the Salon/Spa without an appointment.

Bella D'ora provides professional services provided from licensed Masssage Therapists who adhere to Chapter 3, Article 3, Division 35, Section 18 of the San Diego    Municipal Code; the Police Business for Massage; Anatomical Areas Covered, No Touching.  We reserve the right to discontinue service immediatly if this regulation is violated by the client.
