BELLA D’ORA SPA INTRODUCES NEW CLOTHING LINE

Carlsbad’s Bella D’Ora Spa has teamed up with designer Meredith Garrett to bring her famed Signorelli clothing line to the spa’s boutique. Worn by celebrities like David Beckham and Jennifer Aniston, this casual yet sophisticated line has a unique and world-conscious approach to style. Each year, a T-shirt is designed in a selected organization’s name and 50 percent or more of its proceeds are donated to that charity. Recently Signorelli created a T-shirt for OmniPeace, benefiting the nonprofit organization Millennium Promise, which aims to end extreme poverty in Africa by 2025. Along with the OmniPeace T-shirt, Bella D’ora will also carry Signorelli’s Environment Conservation Fund T-shirt, American Heart Association T-shirt, and one benefiting Children’s Hospital. Each year Garrett chooses a variety of charitable causes, from world hunger to international adoption, and makes a contribution to those causes from the sale of Signorelli’s products. Once the decision has been made as to which charity will be selected for that year, a t-shirt is designed in the organization’s name -- and 50% or more of the proceeds from the uniquely designed shirt are donated to that charity. Recently Signorelli created a t-shirt for OmniPeace, benefitting the nonprofit organization Millennium Promise. As a cause that is near and dear to Signorelli, the line has become part of the company’s contribution to reducing hunger and poverty in Africa by 2025. This particular design showcases a screen printed hand with its palm in the shape of Africa, and features a peace sign in red, yellow and green. In just three months, the line has raised $100,000 for this cause, demonstrating the power of trend-setting pieces combined with a worthy cause.
In addition to the OmniPeace t-shirt, Bella D’ora will also be carrying Signorelli’s Environment Conservation Fund t-shirt, the American Heart Association t-shirt, and a shirt benefitting Children’s Hospital. The shirts retail for $72.00.
