Colene

Colene is a native of Iowa with a passion for health that began at the University of Iowa where she earned a B.A. in Health Promotion. After working in the field, Colene found herself attracted to massage and its healing modalities and traveled to Hawaii to study the art of massage therapy.
A dedicated practitioner, Colene has applied the healing art of massage to clients at day spas and health centers throughout California, Colorado and Iowa. Her goal has always been to create a safe, supportive, and loving space in which each client can relax, breathe, and heal.
Recognizing that the body is constantly changing and striving to achieve an optimal level of health, Colene approaches massage with a combination of touch, breath and an appreciation for movement. Trained in a variety of modalities Colene specializes in Swedish, Hawaiian lomilomi, pre & post natal, hot stone, aromatherapy, Reiki, and other energy work.  She uses a combination of these techniques to honor each guest’s needs and is excited to be a part of the Bella D'ora team.
